Gida
“GIDA “comes from the local grapes Magliocco (Arvino) and Greco Nero . It’s obtained through a seeping in wine making process keeping the temperature almost equal to zero. The fermentation process goes from steel for a couple of months then to bottle.
It shows a pale pink with a light violet tinge. Intense with a light fragrance of red fruits. Predominance of cherries and beautiful floral notes.
A lively and persistent approach with a well balanced note of acidity. Fresh at the palate.
Perfect for delicate dishes of meats and fish. Recommended for sushi.
